J.D. Power finds customer satisfaction up for home improvement retailers

New 2017 study find overall customer satisfaction reaches 816 on a scale of 1,000 points, up from 795 last near. Most important key performance indicators are number of times a shopper received a promotional brochure or flyer, quality of merchandise, and length of time waiting for greeting. Ace Hardware ranks highest for the 11th consecutive year.
