Jet.com acquires footwear e-tailer in deal

Walmart’s Jet.com announced it has acquired the footwear e-tailer, ShoeBuy, in a deal valued at about $70 million. ShoeBuy, which was founded in 1999, sells more than 800 brands of footwear, clothing and accessories on its site.
