Jo-Ann Stores using Wi-Fi to drive engagement and sales

Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores has enabled Wi-Fi in all of its 850 U.S. locations. The chain, which views Wi-Fi as table-stakes in the current retail environment, is using the technology to obtain customer emails in exchange for 20 percent off an entire purchase made in the store.
