Judge: Costco owes Tiffany $19.4M over illegal ring sales

U.S. District Judge Laura Taylor Swain ruled that Costco owes Tiffany $19.4 million in damages over the warehouse club’s illegal sale of counterfeit diamond engagement rings bearing the jeweler’s name. Costco plans to appeal.
