Judge says iPhone sales should be banned in U.S.

MaryJoan McNamara, an International Trade Commission judge, said sales of Apple’s iPhones should be banned in the U.S. after finding the tech giant had infringed on several patents held by Qualcomm. Judge McNamara will submit a recommendation to go before a panel of judges next week.
