Katrina Lake stepping down as Stitch Fix CEO

Katrina Lake, founder Stitch Fix, announced that she would be stepping down as the company’s CEO, effective Aug. 1. Elizabeth Spaulding, president of Stitch Fix, will become the new CEO and join the company board. Ms. Lake will become executive chair of the board.
