KFC testing facial recognition tech in Beijing restaurant

KFC is working with Baidu, a search engine company commonly referred to as “China’s Google,” to use facial recognition technology in a kiosk that will aid in recommending menu items to customers. Most customers, however, appear to prefer placing their orders the old fashioned way.
