Kohl’s goes national with Amazon returns

Kohl’s is now accepting returns of Amazon.com orders at its more than 1,100 stores. The two companies previously tested returns at 100 locations and deemed the pilot a success. Kohl’s packs, labels and ships product returns to Amazon for free.
