Kohl’s reaches out to younger consumers

Kohl’s has done a great job convincing middle-aged women to shop at its stores. The same cannot be said for its outreach to younger consumers. In response, Kohl’s created an internal “Millennial Initiative” team to come up with ideas that will connect with younger families. One of the initiatives coming out of the group has been Kohl’s “outfit bar,” which helps women shop by “look” rather than roaming around stores to assemble outfits.
