Kohl’s sued by assistant store managers for unpaid OT

A new suit brought against Kohl’s charges that the retailer failed to properly compensate assistant store managers for the overtime hours they worked. The case is one of a growing number of lawsuits brought by employees alleging the failure of management to properly pay workers who have manager titles, but no corresponding managerial responsibility.
