Krispy Kreme president and CEO Tony Thompson says the chain will diversify its product offerings and pursue a loyalty program to grow its business in the future. The company is celebrating the 77th anniversary of its brand today with a special 77 cents offer on a dozen of its original glazed doughnuts.
