Kroger announces tech leadership succession plan

Kroger, the largest operator of traditional supermarkets in the U.S., announced that Kevin Dougherty, its chief digital officer, will retire from the company on Jan. 27 after 15 years with the company. Yael Cosset, chief commercial officer and chief information officer at Kroger’s 84.51 data analysis subsidiary, will replace Mr. Dougherty.
