L.L. Bean is tops for customer service

L.L. Bean was named as Customer Service Champion for the third year running in Prosper Insights & Analytics’ annual review of service excellence. The data, derived from write-ins by 6,500 adults in the U.S., put L.L Bean in the top spot followed by Amazon.com, Lands’ End, Fingerhut and Kohl’s.
