Robert Niblock, chairman, president and CEO of Lowe’s, has announced plans to retire from the company he has been with for 25 years. Mr. Niblock will remain in his current roles until the company has found a replacement. The home improvement retailer’s shares were up 6.6 percent on the news of Mr. Niblock’s pending departure.
