Lowe’s takes ‘Shark Tank’ approach to find new suppliers
July 13, 2021
Lowe’s is teaming up with Daymond John of the ABC “Shark Tank” series to run “Making It … With Lowe’s,” a nationwide program to award grants to small businesses and provide them with opportunities to sell their products on the chain’s website and in its stores. Lowe’s president and CEO Marvin Ellison said the program, which is now in its second year, gives small business people the “ability to take their products [and] put them on the shelf where we get hundreds of millions of eyeballs in our stores and on our website that can hopefully give them the opportunity of a lifetime.”
