Macy’s Announces Results of Sweatshop Investigation

Macy’s said an internal investigation has found that a garment factory in New York closed for labor violations was not making goods sold at its stores. The chain said another factory, also accused of labor violations, might have been producing counterfeit Macy’s goods. The chain is considering legal action.

Waffle House workers in Conyers, Georgia, are now on their third day of striking over what they call the company’s unfair policies.
