Macy’s shares hit by earnings miss

Shares of Macy’s stock fell 13 percent in premarket after the department store retailer fell short of earnings expectations during the second quarter. Macy’s lowered its full-year profit forecast from between $3.05 and $3.25 a share to between $2.85 and $3.05.
