Meatless burgers are better for the environment

Beyond Meat commissioned a study by the Center for Sustainable Systems to assess the environmental impact of its meatless burger supply chain practices versus those for beef. The research found the Beyond Burger generates 90 percent fewer greenhouse gas emissions, uses 46 percent less energy and cuts the impact on water supplies by 99 percent.
