Meatless pork debuts at CES

Impossible Foods, maker of the Impossible Burger, has introduced plant-based pork and sausage at the CES Show in Las Vegas. “Our mission is to completely replace animals in the global food system. We’ve been serious about that from day one,” said Pat Brown, founder and CEO of Impossible Foods. “You cannot have the mission we have without creating delicious, nutritious plant-based pork.” The company continues to test other meatless products as substitutes for bacon and fish.
