A New Jersey man, who claims to have a valid medical marijuana card from the state, was fired from his job working in an Amazon.com warehouse after he failed a drug test. The suit claims that the man who began working in an Amazon warehouse in 2017 did not have any disciplinary actions taken against him prior to his firing.
