Michaels to shutter Pat Catan’s chain three years after buying it

Michaels has confirmed that it will close that it will close its Pat Catan’s craft store chain and rebrand 12 locations under its own banner. The remaining 23 locations will be shuttered. Michaels acquired Pat Catan’s in February 2016 for $150 million.
