American businesses have benefited from last year’s lowering of the corporate tax rate. Most individuals, however, have yet to see any appreciable increase in their take-home pay as a result of the legislation. Fifty-two percent of those surveyed said they hadn’t noticed more money on their paychecks while about a third had seen an increase.
