Neiman Marcus gains with digital-first approach

The creation of the Neiman Marcus Innovation Lab (iLab) in 2012 has enabled the luxury department store retailer to develop technological solutions focused on improving the shopping experience for customers in the chain’s 44 stores. Neiman has rolled out innovations such as Memory Mirrors, which allow shoppers to compare clothing choices next to one another.
