Neiman Marcus takes itself off the market

Neiman Marcus Group has decided to remove the “for sale” sign on the company after talks with Hudson’s Bay Co. failed to produce a deal. The company, which is carrying nearly $5 billion in debt, has decided that its best chance for success is remaining independent and investing in data analytics and e-commerce.
