Nine West Holdings, which owns Anne Klein, Bandolino, its namesake brand and others, has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy as its seeks to restructure $1.5 billion in debt. As part of the deal, the company will sell Nine West and Bandolino to focus on Ann Klein and other profitable parts of its business.
