NLRB ruling makes it tougher for Starbucks to fight union

The National Labor Relations Board has rejected Starbucks’ legal argument that union votes should include workers at all its locations in geographic regions and not single stores. Workers at more than 100 Starbucks across the country have filed for union elections.
