Nordstrom develops a Millennial mindset

Nordstrom’s outlook is substantially brighter than many others in the department store channel as the result of the company’s continued emphasis on using human and technological recourses to deliver superior customer experiences that connect with Millennials and other demographic groups. Nordstrom posted a 2.4 percent gain in same-store sales in its most recent quarter.
