Nordstrom to expand parental leave benefits

Beginning on May 1, Nordstrom will offer up to 12 weeks of full paid leave to birth mothers and up to six weeks for other new parents. Employees must work at Nordstrom for at least 180 days prior to the birth of their child to be eligible.
