Forget about synergies. Daniel Schwartz, CEO of Restaurant Brands International, which owns Burger King, Tim Hortons and Popeye’s Louisiana Kitchen, isn’t planning on any mashups between the chains. Mr. Schwartz sees the three businesses as iconic brands that don’t need to be brought together to succeed.
