Payless ShoeSource to open stores as it comes out of Chapter 11

Payless ShoeSource has emerged from Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection with plans to reopen 2,100 stores. The chain did not detail how many of the locations it would open in the U.S. Payless once operated as many as 2,500 stores in the U.S.
