PC shipments either up or down slightly depending on reports

Shipments of personal computers were up 0.6 percent – the first increase in five years – for the first three months of the year, according to International Data Corp. Gartner, on the other hand, said shipments of PCs fell 2.4 percent to the lowest level in a decade.
