Michael Robbins, executive vice president of stores and supply chain, is leaving J.C. Penney on Saturday. He is being replaced by Jim Depaul, who previously worked with Penney CEO Jill Soltau at Shopko Stores before that business liquidated. Mr. DePaul will be executive vice president of stores at Penney.
