Pharmacies make upgrades to prevent deadly drug interactions

CVS announced it has upgraded its alert system to warn customers about potentially dangerous drug interactions. Rival Walgreens has changed its training program for pharmacists to help protect its customers. Others including Costco and Walmart say they have taken similar steps.
