Pharmacist Loses Appeal in Contraceptive Case

A state appeals court has ruled that Wisconsin’s Pharmacy Examining Board acted appropriately in reprimanding a pharmacist who refused to refill an order for birth control pills or transfer the prescription to another pharmacist.
