In advance of the Senate Appropriations Committee’s consideration of legislation funding the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), business groups representing millions of U.S. employers urged Committee members to overturn an NLRB’s decision that creates micro-unions. The Committee is scheduled to consider the FY 2013 Labor, Health and Human Services Appropriations Bill on Thursday.
