CVS Health and Target Announce Completed Acquisition of Target’s Pharmacy and Clinic Businesses

CVS Health Corporation and Target Corporation announced today that CVS Health has completed the acquisition of Target’s pharmacy and clinic businesses for approximately $1.9 billion.
