Heritage Landscape Supply Group has expanded its operations in California and Hawaii with the acquisition of The Urban Farmer Store (UFS), a distributor of irrigation, lighting, and other landscaping products. The San Francisco-based UFS, founded in 1981, operates from four facilities and employs 30 people.
The current owners, Matt Fay and Adrian Smith, will continue to lead the team, ensuring continuity for customers, suppliers, and employees. This acquisition marks a significant step for Heritage, with UFS’s strategic locations in San Francisco and Honolulu offering exciting opportunities for growth.
