The Kraft Heinz Company has announced the election of Humberto “Bert” Alfonso to join its Board of Directors, effective May 4, 2023.
Alfonso, currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Information Services Group, Inc., will also be appointed to the Audit Committee. Kraft Heinz CEO Miguel Patricio said that Alfonso’s experience in the CPG industry and public company leadership roles would be an asset to the Board in its oversight of the company’s long-term growth strategy. Alfonso has also served on the Board of Directors of Eastman Chemical Company since 2011 and previously held leadership positions with The Hershey Company, Cadbury Schweppes, Pfizer, and Warner-Lambert Company.
Alfonso said he was honored to join the Kraft Heinz Board and looked forward to bringing his expertise to support the company’s ongoing transformation.
