Nestle Purina PetCare has pledged $25,000 to Greater Good Charities to assist in crisis response efforts for people and animals impacted by the ongoing wildfires on Hawaii’s Maui and the Big Island. The donation will aid in providing immediate and long-term recovery support, including rescue and medical care, pet food, and supplies to affected individuals and animal rescues.
The wildfires have been deemed Hawaii’s worst natural disaster in three decades, causing loss of life, destruction of buildings, and displacement of both people and animals. Purina’s contribution aligns with its commitment to aiding disaster-stricken regions and supporting organizations fostering human-animal bonds.
