Southeastern Grocers Inc., the parent company of Fresco y Más, Harveys Supermarket and Winn-Dixie grocery stores, is marking National Pet Month by raising awareness and support for almost 400 animal welfare organizations in the Southeast.
The company is offering customers a chance to purchase a reusable Community Bag with a Giving Tag for $2.99, with $1 from each purchase being directly donated to the local animal welfare organization partner. Southeastern Grocers is also donating a total of $15,000 in Whiskers & Tails pet food and supplies to support local animal shelters and rescues.
Additionally, the grocer’s Own Brand products, including Whiskers & Tails pet brand, offer customers savings of up to 20% compared to national brands.
