The St. Joe Company and IHG Hotels & Resorts

The St. Joe Company and IHG Hotels & Resorts have announced the opening of the Hotel Indigo Downtown Panama City Marina in Florida. The five-story, 124-room hotel is situated in the historic waterfront district of downtown Panama City, offering picturesque views of St. Andrews Bay. The hotel aims to reflect the local culture and uniqueness of the area, with two on-site restaurants, Tarpon’s and Steam on 5, showcasing Southern coastal cuisine and craft cocktails. Guests can enjoy amenities such as high-speed internet, complimentary parking, a private pool, a fitness center, and a retail shop. The hotel is pet-friendly and has facilities for hosting meetings and special events. This opening marks the fourth out of five new hotel openings planned by St. Joe in the first half of 2023, with two additional hotels currently under construction. The Hotel Indigo Downtown Panama City Marina adds to St. Joe’s hotel portfolio, which now consists of 1,102 operational rooms.
