Retailers and landlords appreciate Big Apple pop-ups

Retailers use pop-up stores to reach customers during critical selling seasons without having to commit to long-term leases while landlords are able to get paid rent on vacant spaces. There was increased space availability in nine of 11 Manhattan districts tracked by Cushman & Wakefield.
