Bloomingdale’s has offered yoga classes for customers. Saks has offered free one-hour boot camp classes. These retailers and others, including ABC Carpet & Home, Free People and Urban Outfitters, have begun offering classes, lectures and off-site events with a health and fitness angle to improve engagement with customers.
