Demand for warehouses across the top 22 markets in North America grew to a record 349.3 million square-feet in 2020, a nearly 25 percent increase from the previous year, according to CBRE Group. Demand for more warehouse space is expected to continue to remain strong this year even if growth rates for online sales are less dramatic.
