Retailers including Amazon.com, Lowe’s and Starbucks are making used of artificial intelligence technologies in different ways to create better customer experiences and drive sales. Amazon’s Alexa platform is at the heart of its smart home devices while Lowe’s has brought robots into its stores and Starbucks is employing AI to power voice-activated apps.
