A wide variety of retailers use third-party services to track product returns in an effort to reduce fraud. While some, such as Victoria’s Secret, openly discuss limits of returns, other retailers fail to make consumers aware that there are limits, even with receipts. This lack of transparency may be costing retailers customers.
