Russian agency finds Apple guilty of price fixing

Apple instructed retailers on what prices to charge for its iPhone 5 and 6 models and threatened to terminate agreements if they were found to be non-compliant, according to the Russian Federal Anti-Monopoly Service (Fas). The Fas said Apple has “adopted the necessary measures to eliminate violations of the law.”
