Seafood restaurateur passes on the clams over high prices

Komes Rozes, owner of two Flo’s Clam Shacks in Rhode Island, has taken clams off the restaurant’s menu due to the prices being demanded for the protein source. A smaller than usual haul of clams has increased the price that Flo’s pays by $75 more a gallon than the highest paid ever before.
