Seafood restaurateur passes on the clams over high prices
The Washington Post 07/26/2021Komes Rozes, owner of two Flo’s Clam Shacks in Rhode Island, has taken clams off the restaurant’s menu due to the prices being demanded for the protein source. A smaller than usual haul of clams has increased the price that Flo’s pays by $75 more a gallon than the highest paid ever before.
