Sears Holdings’ sales fall again

Same-store sales at Sears plummeted 17 percent in the third quarter while Kmart’s comp numbers dropped 13 percent. Sears Holdings CFO Rob Riecker said the company plans to turn its fortunes around by focusing on specialty stores that sell appliances, car services and mattresses while eliminating clothing.
