Sears stakeholders attempt to hash out details with Lampert

Negotiations between Sears Holdings stakeholders and Chairman Eddie Lampert reportedly carried on for 12 hours on Monday without resolution, but the parties agreed to reconvene today to work out a number of sticking points in Mr. Lampert’s offer to assume the assets of the company, including whether his firm should be immune from being sued for deals he made during his tenure as chief executive.
